Are the customer service reps AI?
So had an online chat that was just extremely awkward. The "agent" seemed to hallucinate was reading off the help section and seemed to forget multiple times I already gave my tracking id.
So that was odd. My issue was that the package was sent to my old address however this was a brand new site I had never been to and given them my correct address and it displayed correctly on the site. But they understandably couldnt answe4
So called customer support and it was the most monotone person i had ever met that pronounced everything the same exact way even had the busy background noise after 5 minutes on the phone trying to track it down. I asked about the fedex chat employee and they told me to ask my shipper and kept saying "oh youre absolutely right"
Like I am 99% positive customer support "human" agents are bots
