Hi everyone, can someone please help recommend a reliable, highly rated law firm or lawyer in Thailand that handles major personal injury claims?

I recently suffered a horrific injury at a major hotel brand in Phuket due to what is clearly a severe structural design defect on the property. I was originally dealing with the hotel’s insurance company directly, but they were not playing fairly and the process has stalled completely. I tried to hand it over to a lawyer in my home country, but they have just informed me that because the accident happened in Phuket, they have no legal jurisdiction to fight it and that I 100% need to hire a Thai law firm to take over.

My injury happened 8 weeks ago, and I am still in severe daily pain and completely immobilized under bed rest, out of work, and been made reliant on heavy prescription painkillers. I have incredibly strong evidence, including full CCTV footage of the incident, photos of the hazard, GP letters, and complete MRI results.

Can anyone please suggest a reputable law firm (ideally fluent in English or an international firm) that you or someone you know has successfully used for an accident or injury in Thailand? Thank you so much in advance.

I recently had a serious accident falling down stairs that has made me unable to walk. The doctor prescribed me tramadol for a couple of days, but I need to buy more or something even more stronger like Palexia (Tapentadol). Can anyone help me where to go to get these medicine without a script? Do you have any experience with buying these at pharmacies in Phuket?

I bought edibles from the Amsterdam dispensary in Rawai and I ended up paying a small fortune. Everything seemed to have been x2 the price of the same products online or in other stores throughout Thailand. Can anyone recommend someplace different also with a large stock of edibles but priced more reasonably 🙏
