I recently had a serious accident falling down stairs that has made me unable to walk. The doctor prescribed me tramadol for a couple of days, but I need to buy more or something even more stronger like Palexia (Tapentadol). Can anyone help me where to go to get these medicine without a script? Do you have any experience with buying these at pharmacies in Phuket?

I bought edibles from the Amsterdam dispensary in Rawai and I ended up paying a small fortune. Everything seemed to have been x2 the price of the same products online or in other stores throughout Thailand. Can anyone recommend someplace different also with a large stock of edibles but priced more reasonably 🙏
