Hi i am going overseas for three weeks and i know my youth allowance will stop when I leave the country but is there a way to receive the amount I would be getting while im still in the country for the 14-day period. I leave on the 4th of june and my last payment before that is the 28th of may. would i get that weeks worth or youth allowance. If so, does anyone know if this is automatically paid or would i have to do something to receive. The last time I went overseas for holiday I had to report to get it but this time I have nothing to report as I am studying full time.
