32 with low ovarian reserve - what's the evidence on improving egg quality?

As the title says, I'm 32 with an AMH of 0.85 ng/ml. I am about to embark on egg freezing. I will be implementing lifestyle modifications to improve overall wellbeing (sleep, exercise, good diet etc.). I am already pretty healthy and am at a healthy weight with no nutrient deficiencies.

What supplements have good evidence behind them for improving fertility / egg quality?

Egg reserve very low at 32 & feeling despondent with that evidence

I just got some difficult news. I'm a 32 year old woman and my AMH is 6.1 pmol/l (0.85 ng/ml) so very low for my age group. My FSH is 8.6 iu/l (though was 5.5 less than two years ago). I am otherwise very healthy with regular periods.

I'm single and actively dating on the apps but, of course, I have no idea how long it might take to meet someone. I'm looking into egg freezing now.

I'm feeling very very low, concerned about fertility but also age at menopause (I have lots of female relatives, all of whom entered menopause in their early 50s if that helps).

I would like some advice and (realistic) reassurance from people who've been in similar positions. Am I unlikely to have a baby? Am I likely to go through early menopause? My mind has been racing these past few days.

Does egg freezing cause long-term health problems?

32, single AF, and considering egg freezing. My big concern is really about the longer-term health impacts -- I've read that subjecting your body to all of those hormones can increase the risk of breast and ovarian cancers down the line. If this is the case, I'm not doing it. But I want to know what doctors have said to you about this.

Also, were there any more less serious but still lasting impacts on your body? Did you gain weight - if so, how much and did the process make it more difficult to try to lose that weight?

Would appreciate people's experiences here X
