I've been using an AIS Tourist SIM number for a couple years now, I need to get SMS from some Thai servicers while I'm overseas in Japan and USA, how can I turn on roaming it kept saying "Not registered on network" when I'm overseas. I can access to my AIS mobile app.

Are there any laws in Bangkok against taxi drivers refusing to use the meter and charging random prices? Or agreeing to the meter first, then demanding a flat fee midway or telling passengers to get out? Is there a complaint hotline to report this?
