Doctor thinks Gerd I'm not convinced

So years ago I started having random palpitations in my upper stomach just below my ribs. But it would happen usually once or twice a month at most. After research I was thinking maybe Vagus Nerve stuff? The symptoms used to last maybe 20 ish minutes and not can go for 2-3 hours.

Went to a.bunch of doctors and last year ended up at a Gastroenterologist (sp?). He says he thinks I have gerd and put me on Voquezna and with his advice cleaned up my diet/elimination diet but I still have the same exact issue. But it's now at a point where it's virtually daily at 4 pm. Which is usually when I eat one of my meals with my last at 7pm. Occasionally I'll get a day or two without these symptoms hitting and it's the same damn food I eat every day. While trying to figure this out I.have severely cut back to just a few items I eat over and over as a way to eliminate other variables.

Thing is through this I never once felt burning of any kind, at least nothing I would identify as reflux. And no PPIs seem to work even after a full 15 days. Voquezna made me feel a little strange but over the last year I have tried it a few times usually for 20-30 days each time. But could never take it much longer because of how it made me feel. But again the same thing would happen upper stomach just below.the ribs would start pulsating and it's definitely at the same rate as my heart.

I take my blood pressure during these episodes and it's a little elevated but well within safe limits.

So could this be Gerd and how can I verify it? Any thoughts?

Anxiety after Sinus Surgery?

So about 4-5 weeks back I had Sinus Surgery.

  1. Deviated Septum

  2. Removal of something Bursalid?

  3. Balloon Septoplacy

  4. And whatever a Turbainate is.

About a week after the procedure I started waking up at 2am sweating everyday. This eventually led into severe heart palpitations. I just assumed it was my body knowing it had trauma of some kind. I discussed it at my 4 week follow up but they said its just coincidence so went to a primary care and we are running some tests but I don't expect any results.

Anyways these symptoms haven't gone away, these symptoms haven't gone away. For a while I thought they were getting better over the last week but then I checked my log and realized that I was just my imagination. Woke up with it all still going this morning, but like 10 minutes ago, I was blowing my nose and a bunch of junk just came out of my left side, thinking maybe it was to stent that was still in there. Immediately it felt like everything stopped.

Has anyone else had this issue or still sound like something unrelated to others?
