Running into issues where projects are not saving on my external hard drive for my MPC Sample please help!

Has anyone run into any issue with saving projects externally on the MPC Sample. I have saved about 10 beats externally now since the 23rd of May none of my projects are showing saved externally nor internally. I have a sandisk 512gb mini ssd card not sure what else to do please help.
