Any experience with this?

Hi guys, I only just realised this is what I have. I scrub and then flaking comes back after 2 days especially in areas my glasses or a hat will touch. It’s in my face and scalp.

Has anyone had experience using garlic topically? And or orally?

Thanks so much!

Has anyone had experience shrinking tumours, nodules, lumps etc using cbd? If so, any tips or advice??

I have a thyroid nodule that’s got some microcalcifications and is a bit firmer that I’m trying to heal as well as uterine cysts. Any advice is welcome. Thanks guys!

Recommendations for a solid thyroid nodule caused by damp heat, phlegm, qi stagnation, and blood stasis.

It is solid with some microcalcifications and I’m trying to find what would be best to break down the solid structure and microcalcifications.

Thankyou!!!

TCM formula for thyroid nodule, fibroid, endometrioma & hydrosalpinx – thoughts?

Hi everyone,

I’ve recently started seeing a TCM practitioner for multiple chronic mass-forming conditions, including:

TI-RADS 5 left thyroid nodule (~20 × 23 × 16 mm) with some microcalcifications
Left ovarian endometrioma (chocolate cyst)
Left hydrosalpinx
Left uterine fibroid
Endometriosis

From a TCM perspective, he diagnosed me with Blood stasis, Damp/Phlegm (particularly in the thyroid), some Heat, Liver Qi stagnation, and Cold in the pelvis. His view is that these patterns are contributing to my tendency to form masses.
He’s prescribed a custom formula containing:

Resolve Lower (Shi Liu Wei Liu Qi Tang, Zhe Chong Yin, San Zhong Kui Jian Tang)
Lump Combo: San Leng, E Zhu, Wang Bu Liu Xing, Zhe Bei Mu, Xia Ku Cao (Prunella vulgaris), Xuan Shen, Zhi Zi
Xiao Chai Hu Tang
San Ren Tang

I’ve read a lot of the thyroid nodule literature, and many classical formulas seem to rely heavily on sea herbs like Hai Zao and Kun Bu, whereas my practitioner avoids most sea or salty herbs/minerals etc or say oyster shell due to concerns about sourcing and purity.

I’m also doing acupuncture 3x a week.

My questions are:

Does this formula seem like a reasonable alternative approach for long-standing hard thyroid nodules and multiple masses?

Have any practitioners or patients here had success with similar herbs for thyroid nodules, fibroids, or endometriosis?

I also have a personal and family history of an unusual bleeding tendency. When we have surgery, instead of clotting normally we have experienced postoperative haemorrhaging. Given that, should I have any concerns taking Blood-moving herbs like San Leng and E Zhu, or is that generally only a concern in certain situations?
Based on my presentation and TCM pattern, are there any other herbs, formulas, supplements, or lifestyle approaches that you think would be worth discussing with my practitioner?

I’d really appreciate any thoughts or experiences.

Thanks so much everyone!
