Audit tomorrow 6/30. Slugfest studying

I have audit tomorrow. I am 1/4 and passed FAR. I failed FAR with a 67, and then passed the second time with an 80 after intense studying for 3-4 weeks. Average MCQ score was 68%.

Audit is a completely different beast. I've been studying full-time since June 6th. It feels like everything blends in together. I am using NINJA and my average MCQ score is 75%. The content is so boring, even when i do questions I am just bored out of my mind. It's almost like I don't care and this is worrying me for tomorrow.

Has anyone felt the same way with audit? with FAR I was more anxious because there was so much more to study. With AUD Im anxious because I'm worried I am missing something.

AUDIT Analytical Procedures

I understand that these are procedures to evaluate data through analyzing plausible relationships (trends, ratios, BvA, etc.). I am scoring very low in these because the questions are asking me to analyze ratios, etc and do calculations. I've taken FAR so it reminds me of the ratios and stuff there. How much should i dwell on this?

Ninja recon phase MCQ FAR

The questions they ask get so complicated (more complicated than the exam) that the proprietary formula just stays focused on all the hard questions. This was a problem because it didn’t give me questions from the stuff it thought I knew. When I took FAR the first time I actually forgot a lot of the material because I was always getting these crazy consolidation or deferred tax questions. I did 2100 MCQ. I got a 67 and felt so fucked upon leaving the test.

I hit the videos on topics i didnt know as well, still getting these over in depth questions. I decided to reset my progress and did about 700 questions. Not only were they easier, but they looked more like the questions on the exam. I just took my retake yesterday but I feel so much more prepared. The test is a mile wide and cant get that deep into subjects.

Just wanted to rant.

Best Machine / Settings to lower Glasgow Index?

Hi,

I am trying to lower my glasgow index numbers. I used CPAP and averaged around 1.7. I then jailbroke my Airsense and am using ASVAuto, my average glasgow index is still 1.65, but my steady breathing has improved from ~25% up to ~40%. My high GI number consists of 4 things.

No Pause- .44

Variable Amp- .39

Top Heavy-.31

Skew - .25

I am running ASVAuto- No backup + square wave timing. Last night's settings:

EPAP min EPAP max PS min PS max
5.6 5.6 2 8.4

I am open to anything. Sleep is still fragmented, would love to wake up and have actual energy at some point in my life. I've added a link to my google sheet for my glasgow numbers.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Hi,

I am airbreaking my resmed 10 today to switch over to other options of therapy to deal with UARS. I think I want to try bi-level first. Here are what my CPAP settings were, how would i adjust these settings into bilevel?

  • Mode: Fixed CPAP
  • Pressure: 11.4 cmH2O
  • Mask: N30i
  • EPR: 3 (Full-time)

Here are some graphs and sleep data of what a standard night looks to me.

Hi everyone, I’m reaching out because I’m technically "fully treated" but I feel like I haven't slept decent in years. I’ve had intense brain fog and physical heaviness since my teenage years. I’ve been on CPAP for 2 months, and I sleep through the night consistently (7+ hours).

For the last 10 days, I’ve added a soft cervical collar to help with potential chin-tucking, but the fatigue remains unchanged. I also mouth tape. I am mostly a side/stomach sleeper.

Current Settings (ResMed AirSense 10):

  • Mode: Fixed CPAP
  • Pressure: 11.4 cmH2O (I've been slowly raising the pressure, .2 over every 4-5 days. Anytime I try above 11.8 I start to get air in my stomach.)
  • Mask: N30i
  • EPR: 3 (Full-time) (Can't turn this off, it makes me feel like I can't exhale when I do)

Sleep HQ: https://sleephq.com/public/teams/share_links/67adcbb7-dce0-427a-b0b2-b30783fa3c4f/dashboard

I know from looking at my flow that the peaks of my breath aren't curving perfectly at the top. Any suggestions or ideas I can do?
