Green Tower Climber

I’m looking to get into this field and have few questions.

Do big companies like Ericsson pay more?

Is it easy to get hired green? I kind of need a job fast.

Does getting an authorized climber/rescuer certification help get hired faster or is it just a waste of money?

I only found old posts on this and from all my sources the info is debatable so I would appreciate any info from those who have current or general knowledge. Thanks in advance!

Laziness is resistance

We often talk about non-attachment but non-resistance is the same. And when we talk about non-resistance we seem to disregard hard work as if it’s some kind of materialistic obsession. Maybe your laziness is what needs the shadow work. Why not hustle? Why not strategize? Why not plan for the future? It’s not that the future doesn’t exist, it’s just that you can only do something about it now.

I don’t think there’s anything other than stillness but in the physical, stillness isn’t still. Why are you meditating when you’ve got things to do? Meditation isn’t a practice to achieve something, it’s a way of life, it’s the natural state of mind, instead be mindful while living your life. You can’t practice stillness with no sensory distractions or physical/mental/emotional challenges. It’s like punching your pillow to train for a boxing match, go get beat up until you improve your defense. Let go of laziness.

All trees do is grow in every way possible, growth in every way is your nature. It’s not hard. Who is it hard for? You don’t exist. There’s no separation between you and your goals, as a matter of fact, it’s more accurate to call yourself the process that gets there than a human being.

You’re not lazy, neither you nor laziness even exist, only action is real. You don’t even have to wake up, you already are.

Edit: I’m not instructing anyone, neither do I claim to know anything, just pointing out what I’ve noticed to be overlooked. Non-doing isn’t literal, stillness isn’t actually still and no-self does not imply no action. I tend to argue in the comments because disagreement in dialogue is valuable (at least on a relative level) in raising awareness, no hard feelings.
