is my septum piercing too low?

i pierced it myself with a 10 mm stud. actually, it’s gradually moving up. i pierced it today.

how does genetics work in this game? it’s not realistic at all

i would like to make continents where each one has its own race, but apparently that’s not possible since children can be born with genetics completely different from their parents.
