Hp elitebook not turning on

Hello, my HP Elitebook isn't turning on. I've tried charging it and the charging light is on but whenever I use the power button it just wont turn on.

I've tried holding Q + Power button for 30 seconds, but it wont work. All it does is have the keyboard light flicker for a split second.

i cant find this nett unreleased

i listened to it monthhhsss ago on spotify and the only distinct thing i remember from it was a high pitched voice saying "nya nya" OR "ya ya" a few times. PLS HELP ive been looking for it for ages.

Side labret bruising

Hi!! I got my side labret pierced 2 days ago, is this amount of bruising n swelling normal? Not sure but I feel like its hella bruised cause I had to pierce it twice due to my disliking of the placement the first time.
