Unfair ban over unauthorized charges, why am I being punished?

On June 2nd, I had talked to someone that wanted me to join their Roblox group. I did not join it and scanned the link for malicious intent, and every scan came back positive as a harmful link. I informed the person that told me to join, and they seemed surprised. I guess within a couple hours of that, the 12 robux I had in my account was gone, which I didn't care about. I removed my debit card from my account in case and added even more protection than I already had. I got no emails about charges and did not see any on my account.

Today, I went to look for something specific in my email, and saw five charges made to my account from that time, none of which I made. So obviously I reported these charges and asked for a refund- just one request. However, when doing the AI support chat, it repeatedly tried to tell me to verify my email with a code it would send, then said it couldn't actually send the code and I had to send it to myself (?), but I could not do this since my email was already verified and could not be reverified. So the AI chat gave up and said it would send my problem to a human agent. Within two hours, I got an email confirming I would get refunded.

But when I tried to go on to Roblox, I recieved the ban message attached. Obviously this deeply confused and upset me, since I should not be getting banned over something I did not do. I submitted an appeal and explained the following:

"I was UNFAIRLY BANNED due to purchases made on my account that I DID NOT MAKE. Why should I be banned for the behavior of someone else? The ban message has the ID of [id here]. Reason says "Repeated Refund Requests" (I made ONE Refund Request earlier due to having several Robux purchases be made by someone else) and moderator note is "Your account has been suspended for potentially fraudulent activity." This needs to be fixed ASAP."

Admittedly, this was done while having a panic attack, so it wasn't as put together as it could have been. Within an hour, I received an email saying:

"This email confirms that the appeal to the moderation status of the Roblox account "[username here]" has been denied.

At least one purchase made by this account has been reported as disputed/unauthorized by the billing account holder. As a result of disputes or chargebacks, players' accounts are suspended. It is necessary to follow these procedures when selling items on our site.

Due to disputed charges, this account cannot be unsuspended. Items, assets, memberships, and currency from this account are not eligible for transfer or refund."

I submitted a second appeal asking to speak to someone higher up in moderation who can provide guidance on what to do, but I am scared this will get my account deleted.

How is this fair in any way? What can I even do? I've been panicking horribly over this. Several of the communities I am in are Roblox fandoms, and are the only place I feel safe to express my autism and know it will be reciprocated and understood. I have spent quite a bit of money on various games over the years. I'm so distraught and confused. Has anyone else had this issue happen?
