what do you think of a worldbuilding where most of the fauna is composed of reptiles similar to the non avian dinosaurs, and where humans are one of the only mammalian species to exist?

basically, somehow, humans got transported to this world with some other mammals, and they followed a path similar to our world, with most of the ecological niches occupied by dinosaurs like creatures. a bit like dinotopia (the image is one of the first sketches I made for this idea). also, I thought is would be cool to include some mythological creatures with a more scientifically realistic view.
