I'm going to get downvoted, but I think PC2 won't last long and it makes me sad.

I played PC2 in September 2024 because I was getting a bit bored with DBD, and I really liked it, although I stopped playing it later that year because Forsaken was more fun for me. Then I went back to Recode, and even though I didn't like it at first, I grew to love it and its future. But seeing that its hype moments only come when there are new characters like Brutum or Pal Percy, it's disappointing.

I want this game even though I don't play it regularly anymore, but I'm giving it up because the game itself completely disappoints me; it's just not fun anymore. Even though Forsaken is poorly made in many parts, I enjoy spending hours on it along with other games like Violence District. I don't play PC2 anymore, but it saddens me that it won't last long.

I'm afraid that when Soy G reworks 007n7, he'll do it badly like he did with other characters, and I'll tell you why by reviewing his track record with reworks.

This developer shouldn't even be on the team, or at least they should stick to testing or contribute occasionally. The rework they did on 1x is terrible. His skill set is horribly designed for a mid-to-long-range harassment assassin. This rework should have changed a lot of things about 1x, but this mediocre developer made such bad changes that now 1x is unbalanced, and to rebalance him, he needs a complete rework. But I won't go into too much detail about 1x.

The Guest 1337 rework is simply terrible. While it attempts to make Guest 1337 players less selfish, the rework fails because the damn generators have a fundamental problem: it's more beneficial to create generators than to help the team. Guest struggles to be a predictive or reactive ward; it still suffers from the same issues since, to achieve a stun, it has to perform a reactive block, which, in my opinion, shouldn't be the case.

The ability to passively gain interrupt abilities should be a core mechanic or, at the very least, have a different approach. The rework should have addressed this. For the average Guest player, the Sentinel works because it has two abilities that are easy to passively acquire and use "comfortably," but the block mechanic doesn't synergize with the other abilities, as it's a very punishing ability. Although the shield and stun provide a significant benefit, it's still not worth it for a casual player.

Furthermore, it's annoying for the killer because it's a Sentry that constantly pressures the team if the player insists on helping, since Guest is a passive and protective Sentry that disrupts. Its kit seems to be that of a common Sentry like Shedletsky. Guest 1337 is a nightmare for game balance due to Soy G

Nobody will make me like this developer; he does a terrible job at what he does. He's one of the few developers I genuinely think the game would be better without. I hate him, but only within the scope of his work in the game. What he does elsewhere is irrelevant to me.

I feel like this could have been one of the best collaborations, but the TBB team messed it up.

No, I'm not angry about being stuck in the game, since I play The Battle Cats regularly, but the point is that a new player, who has surely never played a game of this genre, won't understand it. Even worse, the game is somewhat "complex," and it's better to miss out on the skin than to complete all four chapters. I have very negative opinions about the game, but I prefer not to voice them.

I think the solution is simply to complete part of Chapter 1, and honestly, as a The Battle Cats player, I think it's a very bad game, and investing a lot of time in a skin that's so hard to get isn't worth it at all. Based on my theory, the TBB team did the collaboration reluctantly and made it very difficult to get the skin because they don't like Forsaken, but that's still just my theory. It's also the Forsaken team's fault for not having a standard when it comes to collaborations.

Wouldn't it be better to look for the root of the problem instead of making impulsive changes?

I understand that Saucefy is 17 and not an adult, but there are better ways to fix the hitbox than throwing a tantrum by making a useless change that affects everyone.

Being a killer in this game is stressful and humiliating

I know this game is basically about survivors beating up the killer, but if you're not a highly skilled player, you simply can't enjoy being the killer

There's no penalty when there are many support abilities and stuns, or at least a buff to the killer, and I feel they should release an update to balance most things. This update doesn't seem good or bad to me, but they need to polish the game a bit more.

I'm still a casual player since I played when it had a different name, Game with Killers, but I think that as a casual player, being a killer is one of the worst experiences unless you're a player who takes the game very seriously.
