We are on the lookout for a third chill flatmate to take up the remaining room in our newly rented 3BHK in Halasuru. The place is modern, pretty luxurious, and perfectly located. The flat is available to move in by 14th June!!

The Flat & Amenities

• Property: Semi-furnished, modern, and spacious 3BHK in a brand new gated building.
• Perks: Comes with covered parking and lift access.
• Total Rent & Deposit: ₹60k rent and ₹2.4L deposit for the whole flat.

The Room & Financials (Your Share)

• Rent: ₹18.5k per month.
• Brokerage: ₹18.5k (1 Month rent). (We found this through a broker, so splitting it as per ratio of the rooms)
• Deposit: ₹80k.
• Setup: The master bedroom (with attached bath) and another room with no attached bath is taken. You’ll be taking the third room and sharing a large, modern common bathroom (comes with a geyser and 24/7 water supply) with just one other person.

The Location

Honestly, the location is the best part. You can easily beat Bangalore traffic here:

• Metro: Just 400m walking distance to the Halasuru Metro Station (Purple Line).
• Nature: 6-8 minutes walking distance from Ulsoor Lake for morning runs or evening walks.
• Hangouts: Indiranagar and 100ft road are literally 10 mins away by bike, or exactly 1 metro stop away.

About Us

We are two guys (26 and 28) working in IT. We are pretty laid-back, clean, and keep the vibe chill at home. We are both big car and bike guys, so if you are into motorsports or riding, we'll definitely get along.

Note: One of us has a cat! 🐈 So you get free feline therapy, but you absolutely must be pet-friendly.

About You

• A chill, clean guy who picks up after themselves in the common areas.
• Must be okay with living with a cat.
• Non-vegetarian preferred (since we both are, it just makes cooking/ordering in easier).
• Looking for someone who respects personal space but is also down to hang out, maybe go for rides, or grab a beer.
• Looking to have you move in with us, preferably by mid june, but can discuss.
