Ive found a couple of these around my house for the last few weeks but mainly in the bedrooms. Does anyone know what it could be? Im based in the UK.
Ive been covered in bites recently and my gp is saying I have bedbugs, although these are the only bugs I have seen. Could this have been biting me?
Ive somewhat trapped this bug on its back and it cant turn around. Could someone please help me to identify whether or not this may be a bed bug. Theres a tictac for size comparison too.

Hi guys, I’ve been told by my GP that the bites and welts all over my body are from bed bugs, but I have not been able to find any at all for the last month. Today i found this thing crawling. Could this be a bed bug? It was kind of jumpy so i thought it might be a flea? Idk someone pls help identify it!
