I am attaching some Blink camera mounts to the sides of our motorhome (near the top right corner and top left corner of this photo, on top of the grey vinyl wrap). I’ll be using some form of adhesive or 3M tape - not screws.

I was wondering if there’s a way to protect the original grey vinyl wrap (which literally covers the whole side of the motorhome) in case I want to remove the mounts in the future. I’m guessing the adhesive wouldn’t come off the wrap cleanly, so I need some sort of ‘removable’ sacrificial layer.

Can I maybe have a small square of PPF overlaid on top of the existing wrap, and then stick the mount to that? I need something that can be removed at a later date if need be, so I’m not sure what to use.
