Advice for buying GT86. Does anyone recognize this turbo kit? HKS GTIII-RS Bolt On Turbo Kit?

Looking into buying a used 2019 Toyota 86 TRD SE, and it seems the previous owner slapped on a turbo kit, BOV, etc. I'm trying to find the specific kit, saw the HKS logos and found this: https://hksusa.com/category/subcategory/337
However, it seems like the air intake is different in the engine bay. Wondering if anyone would happen to know more about it.
Here's the listing, should I pull the trigger? 17k miles, clean title, 2 owners for personal use.
