Weight loss progress seemed to slow down?
I (18M) have started a weight loss journey last July and have lost about 60lbs. I’m currently 5’8 and 160lbs but I still feel like I did when I used to weight 210lbs. Is this normal? I recently started calisthenics about a month ago and I have seen improvement in strength but my stomach and neck area is still fatty. The front view of my face has definitely improved but I’m more worried about my side profile along with my gut and chest sticking out of shirts. My maintenance Is about 2400kcal and I eat 2000kcal. So about a ~400ish calorie deficit. I walk around 8-10k steps a day as well, but some days I walk on the lower end of 5k. Is there anything I can do, or is this normal???
