How do you handle these idiots out here that just want to complain after you put the time in?
I will get people that havnt cleaned their car for years and I get the green light from them saying they like the results but later to be bombarded by messages saying somethings not clean. Also their cars typically destroyed such as car accidents, bad paint, kids destroying the inside of the car, and smoking. This last person had all of that.

Type of stain?
Do you guys know what kind of stain this is? After extraction and putting down strong chemical there are still hard stains, or indents. It kind of looks like someone let hot grease get into their car.

I got this car, and the seats were orange. 2013 Toyota white seats
I’ve been around awhile for detailing but I’m wondering why the seats were orange and bleeding through. And then it would wick back orange after I shampooed. So I’m wondering if it’s an issue with age or oxidation.
