Worst haircut of my life :(
I’m crushed. On Friday I went into the ulta salon in my city and walked out like this. The stylist cutting my hair didn’t have anyone helping her and there were other customers she was having to step away and help in the middle of my cut. Another stylist was right next to her watching her struggle behind my back and did absolutely nothing to help. After I saw what she had done to me I was just ready to leave. They of course didn’t charge me for the service but then they offered me to come back tomorrow and have the stylist that watched it all happen fix it. No way. It doesn’t feel like enough just to comp the service. It’s going to take months and regular haircut appointments(with a legit salon) to fix this mess. How should I proceed? I went back and asked them to cover my $100 haircut I had to get to fix this and they refused. My hair was all past my waist before this stylist absolutely played in my hair 😭
