Rebuilding lightsabers

I currently have 2 sabers, a MasterReplicas/Hasbro Vader that was converted to base lit, and a "Consular" base lit saber, both from Ultrasabers. I got them over 16 years ago, I'm looking to gut and upgrade the Consular. What's a good source for internal components? I did reach out to Ultrasabers and they said it would be about 300 to gut and update it to a neopixel.

I have one spare A1 type lower, should I build it out as as an XM177E2 type or an M16A1 type?

These uppers are mounted on 80 percent lowers I use for display.

Additional context: I have an M4 type already and I have multiple uppers I use with that (second picture)
