Looking around trying to figure out what my options are. Best thing I've seen so far is this 14.5 p&w to 16 inch upper from thoroughbred armament.
I like that it's plug and play, you just buy it and slap the suppressor on. I know a lot of people build but I'd rather just buy at this point. Suggestions?

I got a S BRM bpoid to be attached to a KAC bipod adapter, but it seems to interfere with the forward grip. Did I get the wrong bipod? I was told to use this Bipod

My new SCO has been making the rounds, from my K5 now to the RWK. Will eventually move over to the full size M27, but it works pretty well here as well.
One of my favorite guns I've built. Modernized some things on it. Psychotically accurate for a gas gun (maybe I just got lucky with the barrel). AEM5 for a steel design rather than titanium.
Working on a mid/late 2000s 75th Ranger Regiment m4a1 clone and I can’t decide on final form. Just assembled but Block 1ish or PR/b2 💧? Some tweaks and parts inbound but getting close to finalizing waiting on MD/etc
This rifles silhouette is arguably one of the most iconic to date, and is what got me going in the whole clone thing. In my opinion it has aged quite well and is still a great set up.
On this build I think I did a decent job in sourcing the correct stuff, save a few decisions made out of self imposed logic lol.
The lower is of course colt and roll marked which is nice, but not government marked or the correct layout, but it’s one of the better compromises, in my opinion.
To keep er legal I went with the correct colt 14.5 socom but used an extended a2 pinned and welded. Again, not the ideal situation but what can you do. This particular extended a2 seen here is from TNTE, and in my opinion is slightly less gross looking than some of the other extended a2s.
All other parts should be rather un-exciting and correct lol.
I do have a surplus sopmod stock that I might put on it here and there, as I do like it more in use, but man that old waffle stock just has the look haha.
It’s been a fun one, and again, as basic and common a clone as it is, still among my favorites

Can’t find anything on these ever being out on the market only the accessories was just hoping any of you fellow clone nerds have seen these used for any builds especially the Scar 17. I have a scar 17 but want to know if this bag is even worth keeping ie are the mag pouches accessories etc still available to build this out like a deployment kit.

I’m technically building a non correct variation of a Block II CQBR since I’m using a RIS II MK18 FSP rail, but I still want to stay as close to a proper Block II CQBR as possible.
My barrel options are:
- Late 90s production Colt factory 10.3” gov profile barrel, C MP marked
- Cut down 14.5” crane spec gov profile barrel
- Current production cage code factory 10.3” gov profile barrel
- Current or early production 10.3” SOCOM profile barrel
Out of those, which would be considered clone correct? I’ve seen a lot of conflicting info on whether factory 10.3” gov profile barrels were ever used, so I’m trying to straighten it out.
What’s the going rate on the Elcan SU230B (1.5-6 7.62) as of late? Don’t see many around.
