Block II in progress
Block II got its RC 2 Today. Colt LE roll marked lower, Colt c marked Fsp upper with Colt Socom profiled barrel. SureFire 951-v with M93 mount. Obviously DD RIS II rail with Magpul rail covers . I’m now working on getting a aimpoint or eotech magnifier, a tango down vfg , and a peq 15. I have a matech BUIS I’ll put on there as well. O yea also a PRI gas buster charging handle is a must. Anything else I’m forgetting? Thanks!

M4A1 block II is coming along added a new SureFire and mount, rc2 is in jail hopefully have it soon. Just need to replace the vfg with a tango down and find a aimpoint or eotech 3x.

My M16A4 progress, Colt AR15-A4, with eotech 512, matech rear sight ,knights RAS rail and VFG, condor butt stock mag pouch, SureFire mutt light and a OKC bayonet. I think it’s done for now only thing left is a future ACOG and to shoot the piss out of her.

Took the socom out for the first time shooting just at 50 sighting in the eotech . It was a good day. Sling and 951 coming in this week. Might try to pick up a peq 2 if the price is right

I know Colt barrels even new are scratched and blemished but I’ve never had a new rifle with this mark. I can’t feel it like a deep scratch or anything I’m assuming it’s just some finish blemish or something ? Anyway I don’t care as long as when I get it out it shoots fine.

Found an eotech 512 for 375 had to pick it up for that price figured I’d put it here until I get an ACOG or the right comp and mount. If I like it maybe it will stay. Now I need a SureFire and sling then simple m4 ,MWS , whatever will be gtg for me.

New addition
After previously owning a 16 inch Colt 6920 I turned into a cloneish m4a1, I finally after selling it months ago spent the beans on the Colt Socom 14.5 inch barrel with that goofy extended flash hider. Now I need a light sling and optic. Going for early gwot so looking for a m68 comp 2 ish dot. Might put a car stock on idk. Just happy to have it. I feel like with my SP1, A2 target model , A4 , block 2 , my Urgi upper and now block 1 my Colt gwot collection of rifles and carbines is complete. Just need a Mk 18. I feel I got lucky with my new production socom having a cage coded upper. Do they all have the cage code ? Any other additions would be appropriate peq, I really with I had the beans for an early ACOG.

Is this saiga ok to buy I don’t know much about the conversion to really know it looks ok besides the muzzle not being threaded. Just need to know if I should consider for the right price or no go.
