Why do some games feel better to think about than actually play?

Like the setting, mechanics, art style, or concept sounds amazing on paper, and you keep wanting to enjoy it… but every time you actually launch it, something just doesn’t click.

Why do I feel guilty for relaxing even when I finally have nothing urgent to do?

Lately I’ve noticed that sometimes when I finally get free time, instead of relaxing I start feeling weird pressure to “use it correctly”... Like if I watch a movie, play a game, scroll for too long or even take a nap, part of my brain starts tellling me I should be doing something more productive or meaningful instead.
