Oh my god...I absolutley loathe some of the renditions of the theme music. I'm currently rewatching S7, and the gaspy wheezy...I can't, y'all, I just can't. It makes me want to scream and I'm furious I can't completely skip it in the "skip intro".
Does it bother anyone else the way it makes my hair stand on end, my teeth ache, and my brain want to claw its way out of my skull?

Unless I am on a road trip or *severely* low on range, I do all of my charging in the basement of a shaded parking garage using Level 2 Chargepoint chargers, and generally once a week, and duringthe day. There are about 50 chargers; I use different chargers almost every time.
It's been 105-110 degrees the past couple of weeks and the last couple of times, the charging adapter has been VERY hot. Not too hot to touch safely, but significantly hotter than the ambient air temperature, or the car or any other surface in the shade, and hot enough for me to be concerned.
Yes, I understand charging generates heat. But at what point do I need to be concerned?
I'm on Android so I can't use the Ioniq 5 Companion app (yet) but the infotainment system says the battery health is 100%. I've only had the car 2 1/2 months.
I have a question about storage containers for a kind of niche issue.
A member of my household is a long-haul trucker, but he does weekly runs. Truck stop options are generally garbage. If he's going to be home weekly, since I'm already doing food prep on the weekend, it's just as easy to throw some stuff in a container for him.
I have Souper Cubes and I personally use Pyrex with silicone lids (or microwave without the lid on) if I'm bringing something to work, however, heavy glass is not really practical for him.
Does anyone have any suggestions for these requirements?
The idea is that we freeze the meals in advance and when he leaves for the week, he leaves with a week's worth of frozen meals and shoves them in his fridge/freezer. When he stops to eat, he grabs a meal, heats it up, *does not have to throw away the container*, but also does not need to stick it back in the fridge.
Space is a huge issue; he has a fridge/freezer that's about 3 cubic feet total and buying additional appliances is not currently in the budget.
He's not always going to be at a location that has running water, so expecting him to wash the dishes is really just not especially practical. Yes I'm aware that if food residue sits for a week unrefrigerated it's likely to get gross; I've no sense of smell so I don't care, and if there's enough mold to concern me I'll throw on an N-95 mask and take them outside and hose them out before washing them.
Pyrex and ceramic are too heavy/bulky, stainless steel is lighter but not microwavable, and if we end up having to go with plastic I'm probably just going to go with the Take-Aways. :-/

I went to check the manufacture date on my vehicle (based on a post by another user where the dealership claimed post January 2026 manufacture vehicles do not have the ICCU issue as frequently), and discovered my FMVSS sticker is missing. Tire and Loading Information Label is there, but the Federal Certification Label sticker is not.
There is no evidence that it was removed (residue, discoloration, etc), and I haven't had any performance issues. The VIN stickers are everywhere and the vehicle is not on recall (I checked). I bought the vehicle June 4 and have since gone from Dallas to Atlanta and back with no issue. I don't have any reason to believe there was any repair work done that would involve the sticker being removed & replaced (or not, in this case). For what it's worth, the dealership I bought it from has a 4.8 star rating and the one they got it from (transferred another vehicle to them in trade) has 4.5 stars.
Should I be deeply concerned?
How do y'all keep the mirror cameras clean. Just back from our first road trip and used the windshield cleaner at one stop and that helped, but MY GOD those things are filthy/blurry/cloudy.
I'd be inclined to use an alcohol wipe but I don't wanna screw anything up.

I have a 2026 Limited, a Samsung S24 Ultra, Android Auto & use Waze. The turn-by-turn works with the HUD with Waze (in fact, better than the native Hyundai navigation; Waze shows me more obstacles), so I'd prefer to keep using this particular setup.
However, when I have the Waze map visible on the left 3/4 of the screen, the right 1/4 of the screen is displaying this stupid "For You" recommendation, none of which I want, and which I can't seem to get rid of.
It seems like this is an Android Auto issue, maybe? But the instructions I found to fix it aren't working, and we're about to depart on a road trip.
I'd *prefer* to have it show whatever is currently on the radio (incidentally, with this particular set-up, that also does not project on the HUD), but I'm not married to that. It could just go full-screen Waze, or offer up the other Android Auto options, or even the setup screen, but just not one of my least favorite features in the vehicle would be an improvement.
Does anyone know how to fix this that doesn't involve not using my preferred navigation?

The VeePeak OBD acanner has a good Prime Day deal abd while I have an i*Pad*, I'd rather use the phone (Samsing Galaxy S24 Ultra) for all things automotive. I know thr developer is working on Android but I'm not in the beta test group so am unaware of an ETA.
We have a long road trip planned and I've been using Waze since it was available on Android.

Do I "need" to pay a subscription for ABRP (which won't even launch on Android auto without a paid subscription)? Waze has EV charging as a native navigation option but I've not had occasion to use it.

For those who haven't seen my previous (few) posts; my employer has ABM EV OS level 2 chargers at work that we can use for free, only I can't get them to work on my vehicle.
I know the chargers work, I confirmed with an Ioniq (6) driver that they work, it "should" just be "plug & play". I will get the e-mail from BlueLink saying charging has started, or sometimes I won't get the e-mail, but in either case it doesn't actually charge and eventually the vehicle says "charging unsuccessful", even if the light on the dash lit up at first. And sometimes I get an email saying that a start charge was processed but not received but so the vehicle is not charging, but NOT after I get the successful e-mail. (Like, if I get the successful email and then the vehicle says charging unsuccessful, I don't get the unsuccessful email. ...that made sense in my head...).
I know the adapter is working because I was able to charge successfully at a Graviti charger. I can charge at home; so clearly the problem is not the car or user error. ;) I've tried with and without the ABM app, with and without the Hyundai app, and both a Tesla driver and a Hyundai driver said all they did was plug in and walk away. That is not working for me and I'm frustrated (especially as one of my draws to get the Ioniq was that I can charge for free at work. I still have solar at home and can charge for really during a sunny day, but still).
I've emailed Facilities, Hyundai and ABM; none have yet replied. Software on the car is up to date. I've turned the car off and on repeatedly, tried different stations. Other drivers are able to use those stations. I got the car last Thursday (so 7 1/2 days ago). Someone suggested trying plugging the adapter in first then plugging the charger into the adapter; I did that, as well as plugging the charger into the adapter and plugging the whole thing into the car in one fell swoop, all to no avail.
There are few working charging stations near my house (the aforementioned Graviti being the only one other than at my house), so I don't really have an opportunity to try this in many places*, and I'm about to go on a cross-country road trip so this is causing me a LOT of trepidation. The trip is starting from Texas and going to Philadelphia by way of Atlanta, so a lot of red state hostility in the route. ** I've got PlugShare and a route mapped out, and with 3 adults, 3 small dogs and 3 people's worth of luggage for 2 weeks in US South end of June heat, I'm planning to stop approximately every 200 miles to recharge, but I'm having an *inordinate* amount of trouble charging and it's freaking me out. (I tried 2 other stations near my house but they've bad reviews on PlugShare and comments that they aren't working, so on the one hand I didn't "count" that, but on the other; of 8 chargers I've tried, 2 worked.)
If anyone has ideas, great; if not, that's also fine, but I'm putting this here so that I can update so other drivers with similar issues can follow along.
* the Hyundai dealer closest to my work is not the one where I bought the car and they refused to allow me to use the charger...wtf...?! I wasn't even asking to use for free, I was asking to test the adapter and he wouldn't even let me plug in. WTF.
** Y'all should've seen the sturm und drang on my town Facebook page when I asked a simple question about EV chargers. Holy unnecessary hostility, Batman...it was rather alarming.

Last night I got a 2026 Limited Digital Teal. The dealership had to drive a Palisade 520 miles (one way!) to trade for the Ioniq because NOBODY had one (at least not that they were willing to let go of) any closer than that in Digital Teal or Cosmic Blue that had a light interior (we've been looking for weeks).
I paid more than I wanted to and didn't get as much for my trade as I'd hoped, but holy wow this car y'all.
I was driving it for about five minutes when I was like "...okay...this is gonna be a problem. I'm never going to be willing to drive anyone else's car again as soon as I get used to this..." The side mirror display! The HUD!!!! The air conditioned seats! (I live in Texas, hence the thousand mile trip without leaving the state and the demand for light interior and ventilated seats). I am in love with that HUD.
It was raining as we were leaving the dealership at 8 PM and pouring this morning so I don't have a good picture yet.
I didn't get home until almost midnight (the dealership was 2 counties over) and had to go to work this AM so I really haven't had time to do all the set up yet, and I also have to work this weekend so I may not be able to get to it this weekend.
I do have one question: I can charge this for free at work on a level 2 charger, but it's an ABM, and I was having serious difficulty getting it to work this morning. I wasn't sure if it was user error or the charger, but someone else pulled in to it as soon as I left and it was working for him, so it's clearly user error. Am I doing something wrong? (I scanned the code, hooked up, tried unlocking and relocking the doors, disconnected and reconnected the cable and adapter, all of that repeatedly; I even walked away for about an hour so I could go download the app hoping for a better experience, all no dice). The ABM app did not show up on my home screen when I connected the charger.

There is not a digital teal with green interior available within 500 miles of me. I'm in talks with a dealer and he's been great, but in the meantime I'm stuck looking at aftermarket accessories.
I am stuck on the limited because I want the ventilated seats (I live in Texas). A black interior its RIGHT out (because I live in Texas), but are there any of the car seat covers that protect the seat while letting the ventilation through?
