Anyone else feel like the nutrition side of being on a GLP-1 is an afterthought?

I've been on a GLP-1 for a while and the weight side is working, but I'm honestly more worried about what's happening underneath, losing muscle, my energy being all over the place, and I keep reading that bone loss is a real thing especially for women my age (I'm in my 40s). I've looked at a few of the "GLP-1 support" supplements out there but I can't tell if any of them are actually worth it or if it's all marketing. So I'm curious how everyone else is handling this:

  1. Have you tried any of the GLP-1 companion supplements? Did you stick with it or stop and why?

  2. What's your single biggest concern with the side effects?

  3. Are the supplements something worth buying in your opinion?

Genuinely just trying to figure out what works. Thanks.
