My wife always wanted a Siamese. So she got this stray that was haunting her sister’s property. I don’t see Siamese myself, but she does do the Siamese jump on her hind legs that Siam’s do. Who knows? But she has the absolute softest fur of any cat we’ve ever had. And there’s been 9!

Anyway, she picked her up and brought her home and as soon as we met, I was her person! Absolutely daddy’s girl! And I felt bad. I know how bad my wife wanted her and she chose me instead? Rest assured, we got 4 others that belong to mom! LOL!

I loves her!

Lotuspalooza weekend! My digital rear view mirror divorced itself from the windshield the day before during Artomobilia. LOL!

Not immune to mice, but seemingly immune to tornado’s. (Pic from new owner)

Went to replace the 8” passenger footwell sub per wife’s request. Turned into project after project after project.

Had to relocate the power bank on the rear shelf. Had to relocate the Alpine amplifier. Of course the screw for the battery connection was stripped. Had to buy a new amp. Etc,etc,etc.

Long story short, had the steering wheel painted, footwell divider painted, climate control surround painted, new behind the seat sub with 10” speaker installed. New 2000w amp installed (was 1200w). Pretty happy with the results!

But pissed with myself as I never thought of the footrest until I went to install! Curses! Oh well, next winter project.

My Bernice left me today, tears were spent as she was hauled away. My ‘10 S I’d owned since 01/12… The most fun and beloved car I’d ever owned until my Lotus Elise entered my life. With a 1.5 garage I park two cars in, she was relegated to outside life and not being driven much at all. Rodents got in and got into the wiring. Fortunately, I went on a Mini drive and found someone with the garage space and the ability to give her a second lease on life! But it still broke my heart and I had literal tears as she was leaving.

Thank you, Bernice! For being as fun and reliable as you were. Always hungry for high rpm’s and twisty roads. A literal extension of my personality. You will be missed…
