What are some areas in Philly that are just peaceful and good to go to either day or night (such as fountains, parks, bodies of water, etc.) just to clear your mind and decompress?
Does it ever go away?
4 and a half months now since I was abruptly switched from 12 and a half years of Klonopin (doctor prescribed)and put on Valium now slow tapering after 2 rapid detox failures back in January.
At times I literally feel like a lobotomized zombie. And I'm only 40 with a wife and 11 year old.
Please!
I'm having bad dissociation/brain fog. Are their ways to help it? It's fuckin scary.
