I’m starting A2B, a digital marketing agency in Qatar focused on F&B and consumer/CPG brands. I’m looking for a graphic designer to work with me on the side, ongoing — not a one-off project, where you grow as we grow.

What I handle (so you don’t have to):

•Strategy, brand direction, and creative briefs for every client — you’ll always know what to make and why  
•Running and optimising the paid ad campaigns (Meta/TikTok)  
•All client communication and account management

You focus purely on design — no strategy guesswork, no client calls.

What you’d be doing:

•Social media graphics (static posts, carousels, stories)  
•Paid ad creative (Meta/TikTok statics)  
•Clean, consistent brand assets for clients  
•Bonus: light motion graphics, and comfort using AI tools to speed up your work

This is for you if:

•You’re a university student or recent grad with strong design skills  
•Your portfolio is solid, even if it’s mostly personal, student, or spec work  
•You want steady, recurring work to build real client experience and reliable side income  
•You’re happy with a modest starting rate that scales as we sign more clients  
•You’re fast, reliable, and have a clean, modern style

Not for you if:

•You’re an established freelancer or studio with premium day rates  
•You want big one-off projects instead of steady ongoing work  
•You need a full-time salaried role right now
