Bad clutch or something worse?

1990 f150 302 5 speed manual

As shown I start the truck, it’s in neutral and when I let out the clutch it makes that crazy grinding noise. This all started when I was on the interstate going like 75 at about 2300 rpms and I noticed that same grinding sound and went to take it out of gear and it felt stuck and when I finally got it out of gear and pulled over, the clutch almost fell to the floor when I pushed it in, but still came back up, just slowly. Now after sitting for a couple days it feels more normal but not completely. If anyone has an idea of what’s gone wrong and what needs to be replaced I’d greatly appreciate it.

How to reverse level?

Want to level my truck but I want to match the back to the front not the other way around, as it’s a 2wd and I don’t want bigger tires or anything so I just think it’d look better overall. How do I go about doing that what parts do I need to buy?

What does this hose connect to? A picture with it circled or something like that would be super helpful
