want advice, I'm very confused and struck

Hello everyone, I'm 28 now, and unemployed, I graduated as an architect and that has no good job (can't start a business because there is no backing).

I did a data analyst job and I hated that job, also there is no growth in it.

So I shifted to UPSC preparation and not only I liked what I was reading and studying but also I loved the job of any civil servant and it suits me as a person. But I was not able to get through.

With the only option I felt viable, I went for CAT, as I like that kind of role as well, like research and managing clients (basically consulting roles), but I am not able to get a good college.

Now at this moment I'm out of my senses, and don't know what should I do, whether go for UPSC and waste 2 years with very dim chance, or go for cat and give one more year to it, or try to get a job in architecture which will pay penny but will leave me with no time or try to fit in IT sector which I hated.

Please help me out with this, what should I do?

Why life is tough..

Why me only...

I am 28 now, always hardworking and focused, but even today I'm unemployed with no future ahead.

After bachelors I worked for 1 year as a Data analyst (but I am an architect, as I was from IIT, so got the chance to switch). It was very toxic so I left and went for UPSC preparation as I liked that, gave last year but was not able to qualify so I shifted to CAT, and didn't get anything from there as well.

  1. Financially broken, ended up spending all my savings in UPSC preparation and MBA preparation (scored 97.11%ile)

  2. Unemployed with no prospects as I'm an architect which is just waste of 5 years and no use if you are not from a rich background with connections.

  3. 1500+ job applications and no positive result, no cold mails working, no LinkedIn post, and not even able to get referrals.

  4. Peer pressure only increasing as I come from a tier 1 college, most of my batchmates (not friends anymore) are earning 40-50lpa and others have done MBA from IIM A/B/C, or moved to the USA.

  5. Parents always taunt, so it's been a while to even talk to them, even when I live with them only.

  6. A girl I liked, she was a very good friend of mine, but since I have started failing, she has stopped messaging me, and if I message she reply very professionally type.

  7. Emotionally I'm broken, as I'm not able to concentrate now, I am just wasting time, watching YouTube or lying on bed and scrolling reddit (I don't use Instagram).

  8. Earlier gym was my support system but in January I had an issue of tennis elbow in both of my elbows and I can't even workout now due to pain.

I'm totally broken now, and I only see one path daily, to end all this.

Anyone want help for CSAT

Guys I want some advice, I scored 120.83 in CSAT in 2025, but GS score was only 82.67, so I was not able to qualify.

I resigned from my job to prepare for UPSC and 2025 was my first and only attempt, and I'm 28 now so I don't want to waste more time, as I haven't studied for UPSC since then (pivoted to CAT, not able to score well to get into top IIM). So currently I don't have any job or work, and I'm not preparing for any exam.

I am thinking of starting a youtube channel for CSAT tricks and tips along with guidance, should I do it or is it of no use? Also if anyone wants to do this with me, please let me know, we will start our own. (Issue is I'm introvert and I feel under confident on camera, that is something making me conscious)

Thank you!
