Granite Mega 665 vs MJX 14208
I had a Rustler way back in the day, and I have slowly been getting into the hobby again with my kids. We have advanced from an SCX 24 to a Losi Micro B and now want to get something bigger.
I'm still not all that serious about it, and want to make another small step up. I have a pending order for a Granite Mega 665 ($99) and another order for an MJX Hyper Go 14208 ($120 with some batteries).
The plan with the mega would be to keep it stock as long as it lasts and then either warranty the bad motor or consider a brushless upgrade. The plan with the MJX is just have some fun until the next step.
Thoughts on which is better value? I know a stock brushless basher from a name brand is an easy recommendation, but I'm not ready to be in it for $400 yet.
