Has anyone experienced similar skin? For a long time I thought this was papulopustular rosacea, but neither Skinoren nor Soolantra have had any effect. I’ve been to different dermatologists — some think it’s keratosis pilaris, others don’t know.. I’ve also wondered if it could be Malassezia, but Nizoral shampoo didn’t do anything either :)) I was put on isotretinoin too, but it hasn’t helped these tiny red spots either! Has anyone experienced the same thing? Any tips would be hugely appreciated <3
