I consulted a dermatologist for my hair thinning issue , she prescribed me finastride 1 percent, minoxidil 2.5 mg (half 1.25 I insisted for minoxidil oral) and minoxidil 5% and finastride 0.1% what can I expect in initial stage of the treatment?
I have been taking Addwize 10 mg for the past 3 days. Since starting the medication, I feel like i have racing thoughts after taking the medicine , i experience nervousness, restlessness, and a sense of being overly alert. Instead of feeling more focused, I find it difficult to concentrate because my thoughts seem more active than usual. I would like to know if this is a normal adjustment effect, whether my dose is appropriate, and if any changes to my treatment are needed Or its because my body adjusting for the med?

my psychiatrist prescribed me Addwize 10mg , I took that tablet today, but I didn't feel anything , what could be the reason ,low dosage or could take some days to see the difference?
