Quality is really decent in exterior with good lightning (the sun).

I know the quality is limited (1,3MP and 1280*960 maximum) but I have those weird artefacts I guess (red and blue kinda dots). Is it normal, because of luminosity or my camera is defective ?

Resolution is set to 1280*960 and quality to "fine".
