Vitamin d and appetite regulation

Hello, has anybody noticed a decrease in appetite since starting supplementation? Prior to starting 5,000 IU daily, I feel like I have been extremely hungry for a long time. I am wondering if anybody else has had this experience? Do you think this is a placebo effect?

For reference, I have not been diagnosed with a deficiency. The last time I had a blood test, it was 41 ng/ml and that was a year ago. Since then, I have stopped all outdoor activities due to injury and I was not taking vitamin d supplements.

3d CT image

Alright I’m posting my 3d images. How bad do you think this is? Does this look like dysplasia? The results said I have acetabular retroversion and severe femoral anteversion. I have a bunch of pain as well as a labral tear and cam impingement diagnosis in the right hip.

Acetabular retroversion

34/F I had a diagnosis of a labral tear and cam impingement in my right hip. My doctor has stated that it is a minor tear, and it was noted as well on my MRI. I had a 3d CT scan for arthroscopic surgery planning. The CT demonstrated that I have 6 degrees of retroversion on the problem him, with 30 degrees femoral anteversion. The opposite hip has 3 degrees anteversion, with 37 degrees femoral anteversion. Both sides show labral ossifications. Should I be concerned about moving forward with the arthroscopy without considering PAO / FDO? I’m not sure at this point that this is going to fix my issues. I’ve been having gait abnormalities forever, and I have been sidelined from running for at least a year. The pain and problems became very noticeable when I started upping my running mileage for marathon and half training. Before that, my pain was mild but still there.

Some of my symptoms include rear groin pain right side with higher mileage, trouble with squatting, putting on socks, c sign pain, crippling peroneal tendonitis, terrible instability, among other things.
