My 4 year old daughter loves Hello Kitty. The HK collection was released exactly three weeks ago. Since she loves HK and wants to collect the toys, we‘ve gone twice a week so 6 times to 4 different McDonald’s locations. Every single time, we get the green Gigan PomPomPurin toy. I’ve tried asking if we could please exchange it for a different toy and every time I’m told that’s the only one they have available. I read about how each McDonald’s gets one box of toys shipped with one type of toy at a time, but how is it possible that multiple locations all have just one of the same toy? It’s almost like all the McDonald’s locations in the entire city of Chicago were sent that one Gigan toy and nothing else. Yet, when you look up “Hello Kitty McDonald’s“ on Google, it shows so many people selling the entire collection on eBay but I can’t find at least one different toy within 3 weeks at multiple locations 😂

I was at Sky Zone the other day. My daughter was playing with other girls her age and they were having fun throwing those tiny plastic ball-pit balls around. A 4 year old girl accidentally hit a woman with the ball while playing. The woman found the girls babysitter and started going off on her saying the girl needs to apologize and how she‘s “very upset” that happened. She just kept going on and on. The babysitter was so nice about it and apologizing and told her “she’s 4 years old, I highly doubt she threw that ball at you on purpose. She was playing like kids play. I’m sorry that happened”. The woman insisted on the girl apologizing but the girl was shy and didn’t know what was going on. She asked the babysitter “how are you going to convince her to apologize?”

People are so rude and harass others for no reason. You’re in a play area with little children playing and you get furious and attack others because a child accidentally threw a tiny plastic ball towards you? Like, are you insane?

I couldn’t believe how awful the woman was being to the babysitter. I’ve had similar things happen to me where someone goes off on me and harasses me over nothing. I hate being around people. Most people are shitty human beings. Living in a big city like Chicago makes it worse because most people have zero accountability since they know they won’t see the stranger again so they think it’s okay to harass them. Why are people so rude, shallow and disgusting? The more time I spend around others, the more I enjoy my solitude and being alone. It’s so peaceful.

I just hate the world. Everyone is always so fucking rude and disrespectful. I was getting on the elevator at my doctors office and it was getting kind of full. There was a guy in a wheelchair, his caretaker and two other people. I was the last to get on and the caretaker says "is she serious??" really loudly, implying there isn't enough space. I'm tiny and I could have easily fit if one of the people moved to the side. I got off and waited for the next one. The thing that annoyed me was the way the caretaker attacked me as if I did something wrong for wanting to take the elevator. As if I was being disrespectful. I regret not saying something back to her. I would never say that to someone for simply trying to get on an elevator. I just hate it when people are so fucking rude for no reason and think they have a right to talk down to others. I always go out of my way to be kind so I can't stand when people act like that. Talking down to others and being rude just shows you're a shitty person. Good people don’t go around treating others like shit.

My birthday was August 2, I got an email for a free smoothie and it says to redeem by 8/9. The fine print below says I have until 11:59 pm of the expiration day to redeem it. The reward isn’t available on my account when I check on the app. I made a purchase in December so I do quality for the reward. Has this happened to anyone else? I was really excited for my birthday smoothie. I’m thinking if I email them and explain, they might add the reward to my account.

I fucking hate living with her. Ever since I was a little girl, all she ever did was criticize me, yell and talk down to me. Literally 24/7, she ALWAYS has something negative to say and I’m not exaggerating. I can’t have a normal conversation with her without her saying something negative and criticizing me Nothing I ever do is good enough for her, ever. She makes me feel like dog shit all the time. She’s always treated my sister better. She NEVER treats her this way. She’s so much kinder and nicer to her. She disgusts me so much. I have no peace when she’s in the house. I’m crying so hard as I’m typing this. I cleaned up before she came home from work, I taking a nap and she walks in, wakes me up and starts yelling at me because I didn’t move my daughters beach car and bike out of the way and was trying to make me feel extremely guilty about it like it’s the end of the world. She will literally look for ANY reason to make me feel like shit. I genuinely think she hates me. When I was younger, I always picked unhealthy relationships and friendships because I never got any love from my mother.
