Harlequin Rasboras Swimming Slightly Tilted Everywhere - Normal or Something Wrong?

My harlequin rasboras are all active, eating well, and swimming normally, but they all seem to have a slight tilt while swimming. They’re not rolling over or struggling to stay upright, just consistently leaning a little. It happens everywhere in the tank, not just near the filter current.
Is this normal behavior for harlequin rasboras, or could it indicate a problem? Has anyone experienced this before?

Need help/advice. Fast-moving disease hit my new tank overnight (Columnaris?)

Hey everyone, I am completely overwhelmed and need some guidance. I started a new tank earlier this month and made the mistake of doing a few total resets (changing substrate/plants) because I didn't like the look.
I just did a final total rebuild today with soil, sand, and new water (kept the old filter media). I have a male betta, 7 rasboras, and 4 otos.
This morning the rasboras looked totally fine. Tonight, I looked into the tank and 4 of them are suddenly missing their entire nose/mouth area. It looks completely eroded, and there is a faint white/fuzzy patch around the tissue. From my research, it looks like an advanced case of Columnaris brought on by extreme stress and a tank that isn't fully cycled.
I ordered Seachem KanaPlex, but it won't arrive until Tuesday. I don't have aquarium salt on hand right now.
My questions for the community:
Is there anything else I can do right now to keep my Betta and Otos safe until Tuesday? I turned the heater down to 72°F and turned the lights off to slow the bacteria down.
If all the fish pass away from this, how should I safely reset the tank? Can I just let it run empty (fallow) for 4 weeks to kill off the aggressive bacteria strain, or do I need to sanitize everything?
I feel terrible that everything went out of hand so fast. Any advice or reassurance would be amazing. Thanks.

Top fin filter

I added a filter baffle to my Top Fin HOB filter using filter floss/pad to reduce the flow for my betta. Water is still flowing through the cartridge and back into the tank, but I also see water coming out around the black spillway area. Is this normal when using a baffle, or does it mean I’ve restricted the flow too much?

Need help!

Does this look like fin rot on my betta, or just a torn fin?

He’s active, eating normally, and occasionally chases/nips my harlequin rasboras. Looking for opinions before I treat anything.

First planted tank. Looking for honest feedback.

What are the pros and cons of this layout? Anything you would move, remove, or improve?

Rasboras

My 5 harlequin rasboras are swimming but are spending more time near the bottom than usual. They aren’t gasping at the surface or lying on their sides.

Does this look like normal stress from maintenance, or should I be worried about an ammonia/nitrite spike? Photo attached
