Why is it so hard to find an OEM Style Carbon Fiber Trunk for the Infiniti Q50? Even worse, when you do find it, its even more expensive then the modified "duckbill", and "CSL", Style Carbon Fiber trunks

Shift Knob Replacement
Im looking to replace the Shift Knob in my 15’ Q50, but I’m looking for something very similar to this if not this exact one. I like the leather and the look of it, does anyone know where I can find some of these? Also it doesn’t really matter but does anyone know what the notch beside the P is on the shifter? Im just curious.
