What are your workflows/how do you share your work?

As per title, I’m wanting to know your full workflow process. I.e., how are you scanning/creating models?
What kind of files do you work with? Raw data files, textures/images, exported files?
How do you share your files around? Do you use screenshots?
Do you have any pain points through out this process?
Would you prefer to share via a model viewer?

Why do I care?
I’m working on a 3D link sharing site, I’ve made some optimisations in my backend pipeline to hopefully load larger models (200+mb) in seconds and wanting know with these larger file types what your processes are.

Any information would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

PvZ roguelike ? Defenders of the Flame prototype

Title: Defenders of the Flame

Playable link: https://jvc0b.itch.io/defenders-of-the-flame

Description:
Defenders of the Flame is a lane defense roguelike prototype (kind of like Plants vs Zombies) where you defend the eternal flame by placing units to hoard off the waves of enemies. The prototype just has the 1 stage and a boss to fight at the end for now. I’ve made a couple of different stages but they aren’t very balanced so did not add them in here!

Context:
I didn’t want to let yet another project I had spent a couple months on go into the abyss so thought I’d clean it up and let people try it out. Most of the art and all of the gameplay made by yours truly at the end of last year :) I spent quite a while toying around with how to add some roguelike elements to a PvZ style game so would love some feedback on what works, what is boring, etc.
