False reports against courier (me)

Tonight I received 3 false/fraudulent reports from a customer. There’s no way to know for sure but I suspect I know which one it was. This customer messaged me after I had completed the delivery, saying I had delivered to the wrong location. I double and triple checked afterwards to make sure it was in fact the right place. Google and Apple Maps both agreed that the address was in fact where I delivered to. The customer reported me for “mishandling food” “not following instructions” and “service below expectations” which is completely untrue.

What I expect actually happened was an app glitch, I’ve had these before where the address the customer ordered to is not the address on the order in the app and the pin does not match on the map. Or maybe they simply ordered it to the wrong place by accident.

I have already submitted a claim to skip support.

I am a young woman/mother who is just trying to support my family. The last thing I need is for this to actually affect my job.

My question is, how many reports of this nature would it take to deactivate an account? I’m sure it would take a lot more than just this but I am worried.

Ps. to anyone out there doing this to innocent people just trying to earn a living shame on you.

[Update] to my post “I’m at a loss” good news!

Hello everyone I just want to first say thank you so much for all of the helpful advice on my earlier post! I love this community

I have booked an appointment for a local mechanic for next week, as advised. I’m gonna save so much money and that’s such an added bonus

The good news is that my husband and father in law were able to help me figure out the reason why my car wouldn’t go into drive or reverse! It was from the 12 volt battery being drained from sitting for so long (even though it’s practically brand new, installed 2 months ago!) so that was a super easy fix :)

To the one commenter who said it was the 12 volt you were right!

I know it’s just a matter of time until the check engine light comes back which is no big deal, but at least for now I think the other lights seem to be off.

I didn’t think that today would end with me actually getting to drive my car again so I’m very happy 🥹

Thank you all so much

I am at a loss 😭

Today was supposed to be the day of my appointment at Toyota. I purchased my 2005 Prius back in March for $5900 CAD ($4200 USD) with 240,000 km (149,000 miles) on it.

It all seemed to be in working order when I test drove it and for about a month after purchasing it. Then I got the dreaded P0420 code and I’m pretty sure it’s my catalytic converter. I plan on going the 02 sensor spacer route for that so I’m not too worried about it, but about a month ago I had a more serious problem happen. I suddenly had about 4 lights come on my dash all at once along with a constant high pitched beep. It happened as I was reversing into a parallel park. I had a chiropractor appointment so I went inside and after I was done I came back out and turned my car back on. All of the lights and the beep were completely gone, and the car seemed totally fine. So I drove it home and did some research. Apparently it can be very dangerous to drive it like this in case the brakes system loses pressure and it would take a lot of force to stop the car, so I made the appointment at Toyota about one month ago.

Today I woke up to get ready to go to my car appointment and upon starting my car there were 6 lights on the dash and the transmission is now locked out so it won’t go into drive or reverse. This has never happened before, and when I started the car a couple weeks ago it was not like that.

I called Toyota to say I might need to come in a bit later because I would need to have it towed. They informed me that they might need to cancel my appointment since they “don’t work on cars that old anymore” 😭

They had to check with the manager but then they called me back and said they don’t work on cars older than 2006. 😕 My car is a 2005 and it’s not much different from a 2006 mechanically ☹️ They waited for a month to tell me they would not work on my car…

When I told them how upsetting this was to me they gave a half-assed “sorry it must have gotten missed” and that was it.

I wasted one month of my time only to have nothing but more problems. It’s now been over 3 months since I bought the car so I don’t even think I could return it to where I got it from.

How is it okay for them to allow people to book appointments online (I had to select the year of my car!) with those cars if they do not service them 😠 has anyone else heard about this?

Please tell me this might be an easy fix 😭 I need some good news right now.

I am a disabled mom and this car is the first car I’ve had in over 10 years. I had to save up my disability money for 2 years in order to buy it and now I have nothing 😫 My daughter starts school in September and I needed a reliable car to drive her there because the only school that we’re allowed to enroll her in is a 40 minute walk one way.

Edit to add: There are no new codes from this issue. I’ve ran my OBD2 scanner twice now at separate times, one of which was today. The only code is the same P0420 code.

The lights that are on are the red circle with exclamation mark, the yellow circle with exclamation mark, ABS, Red triangle, check engine, and the slippery road one.

My husband checked for any chewed wires under the hood (we have lots of squirrels) and there’s nothing unusual.
