

Nykaa is refusing to take back a damaged product
I ordered the manetain combo on nykaa on 15th may, and they sent me a product wrapped in tape because there was a whole cut on the tube.
I placed a return request and the delivery guy refused to pick it up because he's saying that he can't see anything about damage in his app, and he's scared that they'll make him pay for the damage.
This happened twice already, and now another return request has been placed by the customer support agents for BOTH the cream and the gel, clearly they didn't understand english when I said that the cream is damaged and NOT the gel.
I tried calling the number and they say i should call from the number in the delivery address, and not from the actually REGISTERED number on their website for "security" reasons.
I am sick of waiting for the delivery guy to come pick it up for the same guy to come here and say no i won't pick it up.
Horrible experience, and their customer support is 100% useless.
