Does an inherited IRA need to go into a separate, special account?

Part of my mother's estate is in an IRA at Fidelity. I have a regular, individual investment account at Fidelity. When her estate will be settled (split equally between myself and my 2 brothers), do I need to open a separate account for those funds?

I'm aware of what needs to happen afterwards (RMDs, 10 year rule, etc.) but is there anything that can/needs to be set up ahead of time?

I'm a Citi Priority customer, and according to what I've read, the $17.50 fee for wire transfers is supposed to be waived. But when I set up a transfer, it does include that amount as part of the transaction. At what point is it supposed to be removed?
