Thoughts on milky cleansers for combination skin?

Recently came to the realisation that my skin's barrier is damaged and dehydrated as well. For the record, I have dealt with combination skin for most of my life (oily t-zone, normal to a little bit dry on the cheeks + chin area). Currently, I'm using the Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Moisture Cleansing Oil on days when I shower (3-4 times a week max) and the Round Lab 1025 Dokdo Cleanser (I use this as part of my 2nd step for double cleansing and also as a cleanser on its own on days when I don't double cleanse).

I'm thinking of switching to using a milky cleanser to help with the dehydration + damaged barrier but I'm wondering how well it works for combination skin types. Most of the milk cleansers I've seen is advertised for dry to normal skin but I have seen a few people with combination skin here and there saying it works well for them although I have read a few say that it did leave them with a weird film residue afterwards so that is why I'm hesitant on purchasing a milk cleanser.

Right now, I have my eyes on the Isntree Yam Root Vegan Milk Cleanser but I've also heard some good stuff about the Jumiso D-Panthenol Barrier Soothing Cleansing Milk, Stratia Velvet Cleansing Milk, Dewytree Hi Amino All Cleansing Milk, and make p:rem Safe Me. Relief Moisture Cleansing Milk.

About milk cleansers in general, I am a bit confused on how it's used. I have seen people use it on dry skin while other times, I've seen people use it on wet skin. Also I'm wondering if milky cleansers can be used on its own?

Just to note, if I do change my cleansing routine to include a milk cleanser (and ditching the Round Lab Dokdo cleanser), I still plan on keeping the Haru Haru oil cleanser as part of my routine 3-4 times a week.

I would greatly appreciate some advice!

[Product Question] Thoughts on Isntree Yam Root Vegan Milk Cleanser for combination skin type?

I'm thinking of switching to using a milky cleanser, specifically the Isntree Yam Root Vegan Milk Cleanser to help with a damaged skin barrier and dehydrated skin. I'm still going to keep the Haru Haru oil cleanser as part of my routine 3-4 times a week but I'm wondering if the milk cleanser is suitable for my skin type? I have read some reviews and some people with combination skin type have said it works for them while I've also seen some say it leaves a weird film on their skin. If it isn't suitable for my skin type, please do let me know any other alternatives!

Where to buy the NEOGEN Day-Light Protection Airy Sunscreen SPF50 here in the UK? I'm also looking for some other sunscreen recommendations!

Hi! I once bought the Neogen Day-Light Protection Airy Sunscreen SPF50 off of YesStyle last year and i loved it! After finishing it, i wanted to make another purchase but they're not shipping it to my destination anymore. I've tried looking around other websites that sell it and the sunscreen is either out of stock or they DO sell it but it's quite pricey (especially for just 50ml). I'm wondering if anyone knows where I can buy this sunscreen?

Also, while I do have my eyes on the Neogen sunscreen, I am open for some other sunscreen recommendations. The only ones I've tried is the Skin1004 centella sunscreen (the blue one) and the Neogen one. Recently, I've found the Skin1004 sunscreen to be a bit drying -- especially around the lip area so I'm thinking of switching to a different sunscreen. I'm mainly looking for either hybrid sunscreens but I'm not averse to chemical either (no physical/mineral sunscreens since i am a bit on the tanner side and don't want to deal with the white cast).

For the record, I have combination skin (oily t-zone but quite dry around the chin/lip area but normal around the cheeks) so, regarding sunscreens, I'm mainly looking for something that is moisturising but won't leave me feeling too oily and greasy and doesn't pill either. I should also mention that due to my combination skin, sunscreen as a moisturiser works best for me during daytime, I've never used a separate moisturiser and then following it with a sunscreen as part of my daytime routine. I would greatly appreciate if you guys can help! Thanks!
