Sapporo & Otaru, March 2026 - Part I

I visited Sapporo and Otaru back in March this year, and I've finally started going through the photos.

These are a few of my favorite moments—capturing the crisp air, clear skies, and the city's quiet sense of order.

I'll be sharing more as I continue sorting through the collection. If you're planning a trip to Sapporo or just curious about the city, feel free to ask—I'd be happy to share my experience.

For some reason, my previous posts kept getting removed, so here's my third attempt. Hopefully this one survives. 😅

[Q3 43] Waiting Patiently

A brief moment from a late-night walk. The city kept moving, but this little passenger seemed content just watching it all go by.

Adding a Q3 43 to my workflow (Sony transition)

I’m currently reviewing my portfolio from recent years—full of memories from Singapore, Taiwan, Hawaii, and Japan shot on my a7CII. While I still appreciate the versatility of my Sony setup (especially the 24-70 GMII, 40 G, and 85 EVO combo), I wanted to challenge myself with a singular focal length.

Enter the Q3 43. I'm taking my time with the transition, keeping both for now as I slowly transition away from the Sony ecosystem. Every frame with the Q3 has been refreshing.
