Switching from 950cc to 450cc

Hello guys,

I'm currently selling my Kawasaki Z900 because it's just so uncomfortable, my back hurts a lot even after a new seat, adjusted handle bars and trying with different motorcycle shops to get right but it just doesn't align with me and I accepted that. For reference I'm 6'1 or 182cm big.

Now I want something more comfy, doesn't need to be the fastest but I'm worried that I will find it boring since it's basically half the cc. I was thinking about the Eliminator 500, it's affordable and has good reviews.

I'm a beginner so I'm asking for advice, I would be really happy if you guys could share your experience. Thanks a lot in advance!

No Energy

Hi guys,

I'm doing carnivore for 3 years now, mainly for mental health stuff, and I'm recently struggeling with energy. Currently I only eat beef, beef tallow, salt, frozen white fish for iodine and water. My calories are usually 2500 and my macros are about 217g of fat and 133g of Protein.

The last few weeks I feel like an NPC, completely brain fogged, can't think straight, always tired, my Gym Performance is completely gone. Even light housework feels like a challange. It's the worst after eating meals, I tried liquid tallow, hard tallow, different kind of red meat, more protein, more fat, excessive salt, low salt, It's always the same.

Tbh my energy on carnivore was never that great but this is a new level. Tried some honey a few months ago, made me feel like I took some crack but this energy didn't last very long.

What am I doing wrong?

How do you guys get your calories in?

Hey guys,

I'm trying the lion diet for a few months now after 2 years beeing carnivore and trying out stuff and mentally I never felt better which is why I don't wanna introduce other foods again like fatty pig or chicken because it makes me feel way worse. Even eggs give me problems like restless legs and fatigue (weird I know). Also dairy, even ghee doesn't work for me.

But now the real problem: Inoticed it's impossible to get to my Maintenance calories. I'm already pretty lean and still losing weight because I just can't eat more. I'm so stuffed that I need to force it into me and I feel awful after that. My Maintenance should be around 2400 but I can't eat more than like 1900 kcal.

I just eat fatty beef with self made beef tallow, salt and water. I'm wondering is that normal? Is it healthy to be in a constant deficit? My energy levels are okay but my libido is completely gone and I'm kinda worried I will face other consequences in the long run. Does anybody experience something like this or am I missing something?
