I turned 17 2 weeks ago and I realised then that I’m not really where I want to be with my drawings. I study a lot, clothes and anatomy specifically to draw my fav characters, and I focused purely on line art because that’s what I want to improve at the most.

But I feel like I haven’t improved or improved very slowly the past few months and it’s annoying me a lot. I have a couple friends who are amazing at drawing, and they told me to try and draw other things instead of just people, I’m gonna do that but they also said that at the point I’m at improvement is more seen in years then months, so I thought I’d ask if any of you have more tips or just some motivation or whatever to give. Thanks!

I found an Instagram account who wrote a book about Turkish sultan x Kurdish Yuri (I’m not adding a photo or link to the account right now because I don’t know if I’m delusional about this being bad or not.)

But it seems a bit weird 😭 The book is taking inspiration from multiple countries, which also includes Persia, so they made the Kurdish character a Mirzade too which like, idk again it seems odd to me, why put the character you’re saying is Kurdish and putting them in a different countries royalty.

I haven’t read the book yet, I’m planning to read it just to see if there context missing that I haven’t read online. Also the author is also Kurdish which is the reason I thought I’d ask here (I’m also Kurdish, but I live in Europe so I wouldn’t say I’m an expert in its history.)

If I’m wrong you can tell me, but I just get a weird vibe from this idk 😭

I finished the anime a 2-3 months ago and recently caught up to Roberta’s blood trial in the manga, I decided to re-read everything from the anime because I have DLD which kept me from understanding some parts that were said/happened. (I normally only read manga because of this since it’s easier lol, I chose to watch the anime because the dub and action looked cool)

And they changed a lot from Roberta’s blood trial 😭 I’m having a lot of fun with it, but I’m also understanding Roberta’s character more now which I like because she was already my favourite from the anime.

I also heard that in the recent chapters she could come back? Which like cool but I hope she doesn’t end up having a bed ending lmao
