Hi, im deciding between buying two switches, the Gateron Magnetic Jade Pros and the Geon Raptor HE v2, which one is better?

recently bought a new laptop and its model is HP Pavilion Plus 14-ey1777AU. It has a 48-120hz VRR refresh rate so it should be able to run GD at 120FPS without screen tearing right? I thought so but when I installed the game and launched it, the default frame rate was 60hz. I tried turning on Vertical Sync but it still capped at 60FPS, I also tried using RobTop's in game FPS unlocker and set it to 120, but it caused screen tearing issues. I set my refresh rate to 120 and turned off VRR and Dynamic Refresh Rate, I have already turned on HAGS and Optimizations for Windowed Games, and even installed AMD Adrenalin but nothing changed. I already set FreeSync to AMD Optimized, why is this happening?
